Isn't it in the company's best interest to give every employee who joins its workforce everything he or she needs to excel at the job they were hired to do? The company is taking on extra cost with the employe, shouldn't it try really hard to make sure that costs is is paid back, with interest? So why is it then that Allstate reduced all training to bare minimum? Making sure that anybody new takes three to four times longer to figure out their jobs than would be the case with proper training? How is that beneficial to Allstate?

I'm about ready to quit for this exact reason.
We’re told to check the knowledge library got a job aid for any questions we have on a process . Dealing with multiple states is a nightmare trying to work claims now ! No training whatsoever
You are applying logic to an illogical company.
You’re funny! My training was here’s a headset and a computer. Good luck. Everything I know (or don’t know) I pretty much figured out on my own. Every time I get a phone call I feel like such a fraud.
