I just can't enjoy the weekends knowing what unrelenting Hell awaits Monday morning. Even the meds I had to start taking just to get through the work day doesn't help. The meds just have me in a fog during working. My doctor just hates Allstate and what they do to employees as he has other patients that have medical stress issues dealing with working at Allstate. But I guess I shouldn't complain too much as many of you no longer have weekends as Allstate forces you to work weekends or threatens your livelihoods because of performance. I'm just so sick if crying.

Maybe hard to believe but there's a life after Allstate!! F*** that Place! It is so toxic!!!!
This has always been the case with this company for 40 years
Working weekends with no OT. They call it voluntary. We get written up if our pending is out of control . Poor time management, inefficient and disorganized is what they call us because we can’t handle twice the workload since the layoffs reduced our team by half.
