Managers, supervisors are completely clueless about what they are doing, they are just pretending they know to keep the ones above happy and telling they what they want to hear, when in reality is complete a trainwreck all around, it is affecting members, employees, vendors, brokers and they do not care, they think by faking they will make it, but it is not going to work, it is matter of time sh is going to hit the fan and lawyers will get involve as well as the government and they ban this company to sell products when they are striping members, employees and vendors from payments and customer service. Centene is just robbing the systems, last year they got billions because the COVID! shame of the CEO, high pay executives, unscrupulous mangers and stupid supervisor pretending to know what they are doing!
