I have many friends and family who were laid off and a few are still looking for jobs. I feel for them but when they ask if they should apply here I give them a HELL NO answer. I tell them the truth of what this company is like, how we’ve been treated and advise them to look elsewhere. I never ever want to put anyone in a position of being overworked, unappreciated and dealing with health issue caused by stress. I wouldn’t wish AS on my worst enemy.

You're a good friend/relative.
Tell them to work at Allstate 1-2 years for the experience and go work at another insurance company with the experience gained .
