They just formed these zone structures and positions and now rumblings of layoffs coming to the zones.

Been with the company 19 years. It has become terrible under Wilson and Shapiro. Staff has been cut so bad that we cannot keep up with the work load. Constant calls, difficult claims, total losses and tasks; lot's p-ss-d off insureds. We are so backed up in claims, shops and customers are having to wait for weeks for supplements, QFC, etc. "Transformative Growth", really? What a joke. We are transforming alrights, but in the wrong direction. For Wilson, Shapiro, Brandt and the other fearless leaders I recommend you pay attention to prime time. Every insurance company is vying for the business, and yet we get worse. Simple solution: STAFF US PROPERLY AND RESTORE SERVICE; QUIT BEING CHEAP !!!!! You may have BS's, BS, MBA's, etc, but are seriously lacking in common sense. I seriously hope I get layed off with a severance package; I do not want to work in an environment with any further staffing cuts.
What a hideously stupid commercial. The only thing that the advertising agency got right was to use a black actor, so that allstate isn't accused of racism. And let's face it, that's the most important thing of any commercial now a days.
Don’t doubt it...and yet they just created a new position of Zone Business Leader. Looks like a replacement position of the FVP position. Those poor Zone Leaders (full officer) must be over worked. Ridiculous.
Beware of any Town Hall or Zoom meeting with TW. Like last year, he will be the one to announce any pending RIF’s in the zones or the small claims field offices. Remember, he said he doesn’t want leases building housing employees ....no rented spaces or leases. He wants to control the covid prevention format in the offices. The leased offices are doomed.
