Thé New management is corrupt. A regime of liars echoing the current mainstream media narrative to a tee. They have destroyed employees’ respect and trust for them, lost so much talent through firings/lay-offs or resignations, and severely harmed engineering capability, and the company’s products and future.

What diversity? People are leaving because they don't have the same opportunities as others. You have to know people, it doesn't matter how hard you work. You have to know people to make it up the ranks. If you speak truthfully you become a difficult person to work.

Sounds like you need to go speak with one of the HR Business partners specializing in diversity and inclusion. Because as we all know, making great aircraft begins with political correctness. Your antiquated beliefs that hiring the best person for the job is the problem. When I’m 40,000’ in the air traveling at 500+ MPH what really matters to me isn’t the engineering it’s the reassurance that my plane was designed and built by a diverse group of people.
