How soon after being laid off do you receive your severance money and unused vacation?

My unused vacation pay hit my account last Friday.
People who submitted EOIs have end dates of early March to June 30th with at least one high level supervisor/manager being September 30th. From there it depends on when you sign the release forgiving COP from discriminating against you all these years. Should be just weeks after they receive your release.
Not sure but it should be weeks not months. I would say if you should reach out to HR if you haven’t been paid three weeks after sending in the paperwork.
Standard severance (not dependent on signing waiver) will be paid in the next months. EnhancEd severance about six weeks after signing the waiver. Each discussion was different and it’s hard to process what is being said when you are stressed. Kind of like getting a bad diagnosis at the doctor. You’re allowed.
This is OP. Thank you for the kind response. After the paperwork is returned, are we talking weeks, months etc before I’m paid my severance? Thank you again for your response.
You should receive paperwork in the mail soon that you will need to sign before any severance will be paid. Your vacation should be paid after the end of your employment.
