I’d like to know what it’ll all look like from the inside, but I’m leaving before the ship sinks. For those who haven’t left, it’s high time. I don’t understand what kind of competitiveness they are still talking about.

From context it would mean, we will move corporate function (14k people) to development units. Sounds like a plan to avoid layoffs, but I am sceptic that this will work well
