Racial injustices

Despite surveys , lip service and political shape shifting , people of colour facing serious racial injustices at JPMC . It’s all undercover . Speak about it and there will be retaliation to pay. They do not forgive or forget . JPMC is a political prison . If you are not white male you will not make it here even if you deliver . Don’t waste time working here . It will break your heart .

Hubs ? GTI and CIB are main culprits . Making big impacts in organisation , however promotion committees mobbing and marginalising deserving people .

Indians are also equally responsible for enforcing discrimination and racism against other protected groups . This needs to be investigated seriously and urgently . Unfair promotion and demotion processes favouring Indians who are not truly diverse as they are all looking out for each other.

It’s not hate, it’s our reality we live with every single day and it’s pretty miserable . We stuck and we need help please . Please come down from your ivory tower!

@ios+19OS1jOR I say they're worse. Indians have no concept of Diversity since this is an Americanized ideal. How could a culture that has a class of citizens they deem as "the Untouchables" possibly grasp the complexity of diversity in the U.S.? The only reason numbers of women have increased in technology is because they're hiring Indian women. Get an Indian as a manager and the team will be nothing but Indian. They are the worst about supporting only "their own".

The whole firm is a fraud! They talk the talk but never walk the walk. Their words are worthless as they only speak up on the newest injustice in the world. Then they all forget about it. The D&I rep in my LOB is an old white lady .
She pretends to care about people of color . Before this whole BLM blew up she had little time and was an active oppressor of my brothers and sisters of color . Putting a glaze over a vase to change what it really is isn’t fooling anyone .

We do not respect you nor did we elect you to lead the council . Recuse yourself you did not suffer a day of oppression in your life marshmallow woman .

If you are a diverse candidate and thinking of a career at JPMC , especially is you are female . Pass it by . This company is not safe for diverse candidates .

This company was built for the white man and its systems designed to promote white folk .

Go to a truly diverse organisation . The whole shop front window is an illusion . They dislike marginalise and destroy people of color .

Group consensus which result in a negative employment action or emotional harm against an individual or group of individuals based on race age gender etc , also known as mobbing which is against the law in most countries , a criminal offence .

However if you are a white woman or man this consensus works in your favour . Look around you at the tenure at promotion and career progression of white folk vs people of color. It will tell you ALL you need to know or understand about the JPMC Empire .

The violence against people of color is definitely consensus driven . If one person does not like you , and that person is level 7 or above , the rest of the sheep follow . Just a slight on your name will do . No vetting out either side . If you are lower in rank and you are not white skinned you are toast .

Group consensus extend to promotion decisions and hiring . Promotions need to have an audit committee to ensure that decisions are not based in a retaliatory bias .

We need A REAL DIVERSITY and INCLUSION COUNCIL NOW .

We do not want pretty white middle aged ladies and young white boys chairing these meetings and going to tell the boss every word so they can stifle our careers . Well this is already happening right now . Please do not speak up at these meetings . Do not attend is my advice to you .

A colleague of mine spoke up at one D&I meeting. He is now being treated rather shoddily by his superiors . Thanks to Brian Lamb and Jamie Dimon who tattooed a target on our backs . Asians , blacks , Latinos , Mexicans and all people of color . It’s time to rise up. Let’s UNITE NOW ..

Yeah I gotta disagree especially since all of my managers have been minorities. I gotta agree they are not qualified and couldn't manage their way outta kojaks head (he is bald by the way) so maybe they are there for numbers sake.

Let’s stop pretending . The hiring of Diversity and inclusion head Brian Lamb . What is he actually doing besides sending emails about how we need to treat each other better .

Back at the ranch , retaliation efforts have doubled down because of this new scrutiny . They hate us even more now . let’s stop kidding ourselves. These folk will never give people of color one iota of power . They put you in a cage and control you through group consensus .

The whole D&I is run by white men and women .
They will make sure they hire diverse but retaining and promoting , not so much . It takes 5x more work and personal fortitude to get promoted if you are non Indian or non white . Indians are not diverse because they account for 50- 70% of staff .
