Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Let’s talk about compra ratios

I haven’t been at Intel for more than 5 years and switched departments but have a compra ratio 90+%. The stock is 100+%. Do new employees typically start below 100% for their grade level? Please give helpful responses.

OP asked a vague question. The numbers 90+% and 100% sound decent, without knowing if OP is a new graduate or new senior hire.

Moving around can do this, bottom line is you will receive almost no raise or stock until you get a promo.

What about your salary range? Has it remained the same for past 5 years?

Where else can you ask this question without identifying yourself? It’s best to not discuss salaries with your coworkers as it can cause animosity.

You are either a troll that is in this forum to intentionally stir the pot and cause irritation to people or you score a "Zero" on the emotional intelligence scale. Do us all a favor and start over, see what this forum is about, understand your audience, and go ask your question in a more appropriate place. The fact you posted that question here means you are overpaid and shouldn't be worried about comp ratios, but rather how to read a room and know our audience.
