I’m another one of those still here waiting for the right opportunity for a new job. It is a real race against time, seeing that I am less and less motivated to work here, and more and more disappointed that the new opportunity is still not there. I really feel like I’m stuck here, so I even feel like accepting a slightly worse option, just not to be in this company anymore where the atmosphere has become too toxic.

@OP+19NfC9sU. - Sorry to hear your position. Things are starting to pick out out there after Covid. I appreciate it is hard to get motivated, when you hate the place. I am probably spouting what you already know, but my suggestion is to use this time to improve your chances.
1: Widen your network
2: reach out to your current network.
3: Updated profiles on linked in etc
4: Start building relationships with a handful of trusted/useful agencies
- Practice interview techniques and even do a recording of yourself (as many of the interviews at the moment will be online/video etc) to see how you come across
6 Take advantage of any in house learning.
You only need one bite to provide that new opportunity. Don't blow it by not being prepared.
