What do you think? Under which scenario WFH becomes inferior to working in the office?

WFH is the 21'st century office bruh.
I'd rather work with an old white guy vs some racist like you.
"woke culture"? "see the ladies"? Really?
Maybe the reason some of you old white guys are getting RAed is neither cost nor performance, but simply that you can't function in a 21st century office.
I had an office mate who never stopped talking. I gained back at least an hour of work time every day by not having to be in the same room.
WFH is more efficient for most office work type jobs and for most IT jobs. No wasting time commuting back and forth, and it's easier for an employer to get more working hours out of their employees, as in after hours or weekend work. WFH is also allows the company to spend less on office space.
Always nice to work at the office to see the ladies in person...
When you forget your camera is on and we see your Schmechel.
There is a straightforward, simple, compelling answer to this question, with tons of actual research to back it up. And the answer is:
When it's the employee's choice.
That's all. When employees are given control over their environment, or their tasks, or the manner they carry them out, it dramatically improves satisfaction and productivity. So just let people choose which they prefer, and you will get better outcomes than if you force people into either one.
With current state of woke culture the office is a liability for any company.
Every little thing can/will be considered racist by the freaks of society.
