The company is absolutely not interested in innovation, it is only interested in cash. Why is there such an emphasis on making renewals? It is pure cash flow. A tech refresh is absolutely secondary. That is one reason why do not get any innovation. Do not spend time for ideas. Totally hopeless! It means that the company is going to end. Thoma Bravo doesn't need Riverbed anymore. Thoma Bravo has earned enough from Riverbed, many times what TB paid for Riverbed. And RichMcBee and his followers are just putting on a poor and very transparent show. Riverbed doesn't care about its employees at all. We are puppets of TB. Quite simply! Please look for a report at WSJ about Orlando Bravo and you can figure out why something happened at Riverbed and what will happen. Folks find something new. We are all stuck.

Ya, I’m out by Q4. Leadership is a total joke run by a bunch of washed up WASPY Valley empty suits that only talks a big game.
The dedicated people are leaving. The senior riverbed people are trying to leave but can’t. The newbies are blinded by leadership BS. Sales ppl coasting on low quotas and hopes of hitting 100%. There is seriously no hope here.
