Why most of the managers can't answer the simplest of questions? It's their effing job to know these things!!!

Managers, Directors, VPs in our department were incompetent, but still retained their jobs, along with their equally off putting buddies. The boys at the top don't care about anything except their overblown salaries and perks. So many great people were let go. The remaining workers are in no way knowledgeable enough to fill the gaps left by those that were tossed out. I am confident that many of these departments will start to crumble very soon the minute something new hits the fan that only one of the laid off employees could have figured out........tick, tick, tick.
My "manager" was the most timid mo–n with no intelligence and no common sense. Now she is sitting by herself in the Sunforest Tampa office. Karma for the harassment she initiated and inflicted on me. She was there simply because no one was available to know the ins and outs of her job. She didn't even know how to submit a work order ticket! Really?!? Glad to be out of there and hopping on new opportunities. TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE and learn what these INCOMPETENT managers do!!! My manager was a joke who was afraid of her own shadow!!! Karma will bite hard, I'm sure if it.
No one makes decisions at this organization except for about 5 boys at the very top. Everyone else is a puppet micromanaged down to every last detail. AKA managers, directors, VPs, are also being treated poorly and not allowed to do their jobs.
Every single one of them should have been laid off, not the good people who were!!!
