Even when things are not going well, good management will be honest and transparent with its employees so everybody knows what's going on and can be prepared for whatever might follow.
Bad management will keep employees in the dark until the last moment and either have them stressed out or not prepared for what's coming.
Guess which one we have?

I have a “manager” that can’t even navigate their Zoom or Outlook, yet more competent capable people were let go. Kudos Allstate!
Are you suggesting that Allstate has functioning management?
