Well, that town hall provided zero information.
Outside of they aren’t actually doing anything to alleviate the work loads. No real information was brought forth and no actual questions were answered.
I saw in the chat about home internet being pod for? Ummm, Arizona isn’t able to take advantage of that benefit. Also saw some people like my department that are taking on extra work and not getting paid for that extra work. Again, goes back to nothing really being solved. Soo what was the point of that meeting?

Now Back to the phones and being auxed in to make up for time lost to the meeting. I can’t wait to hear about the phone results tomorrow and how our team did not meet the goal
