Its comical this long bay rebel moaning about being overworked and underpaid. They have a chill out chair round back where they snooze once machine is loaded. Not even lying as was shown by one of them.
And this 'rebel' has the cheek to moan about toiling hahaha. Crying because no longer able to milk OT no doubt.
What work does aberdeen have is it just BOD dumb iron that’s it? Did you lose everything else - bits, mud, wireline, mwd, drilling, mud logging, cementing, all the BOT services etc? What a clusterfxxx. Who’s responsible for this mess? Is it one guy or others

Aberdeen drilling team was everyone’s go to joke. Absolute shambles of a department now finished after runoff all their contracts.

Apparently having a paid job when a lot of folk are either losing or can't get a job is nothing to be grateful for, and that's talking 'pish'? You folk need to open your eyes and see what state of employment the NE is facing. You carry on whinging and crying about your pittance wage and no managers being on site to embrace you and your insecurities. Every post on here is about blaming Aberdeen managers. Yawn!
All I'm saying is that those still working are in a privileged position but some clearly can't see it. Moving on..

You should be happy to be in a job. How many folk have lost their jobs during this awful time? How many can't find a job? How many are struggling financially? Its not a managerial statement nor is it about dividing the workforce. Its the reality we're living in. You compare your situation to those in office positions. How about instead you compare with those less fortunate than you.
But if you really don't like your job and moan about your pittance of a wage, by all means hand in your notice cos 100's lining up to be in your position. Grow up and count your blessings you have an income.

Don't like it? Easy solution, quit. I know heaps of folk who would rather be in a job. Might not be ideal at the moment but count your lucky stars you even have a job to go to.
Your hardly sc-aping around for your last penny if you've got a job to go to, seriously count you're blessings, yeah so the office workers get to work from home and still get the same wage wise, plus more bonus if and when its paid out...in normal circumstances they'd still get more anyways...nothing new there.
