Most of us got nothing and are making less money now than we did two mos ago as they raised benefits. Better than expected means nothing. Working hard for your customers means nothing. Your efforts are not rewarded. Even during a time of Covid they can’t see that maybe a small percentage would help people.

Funniest item on the review was to be a better than expected rating I am required to hit 103% on quality reviews... Ummm not sure how that can happen. Anyone?? Bueller ...?

They also are COS principle driven. It started in the nineties and took a stronghold on their behaviors. Sick people.
At Esurance, we made yearly bonuses. They've now done away with that as we are told Allstate doesn't do bonuses.
So not only has my expected pay per year decreased by ~$6K (bonus after taxes), but I've been "rewarded" with double the work.
Isn't that just swell?
