Sales salaries are too high, underperforming reps are satisfied with this and have been coasting along. Too many sales managers with not enough employees. They need to reduce sales managers and have more report to them. There needs to be an overhaul in sales restructuring starting at top. As of Monday March 1 I’ve seen a few changes at my core that should have been done a long time ago. There is more that still needs to change and move on from.
I don’t like anyone getting laid off, especially not in these crazy times, but I completely agree with the author of this post in the +19GaoTx7 thread. I really don’t understand why sales restructuring is only happening now?
