Centene has many pending litigation charges pending against them from retaliation,discrimination, harassment to wrongful terminations, and I’m willing to bet a lot if not all of those folks were let go and left to decide to take the severance or drop the charges in order to survive in this plandemic we all are struggling through, I’m here to tell you by any means please fight through this and see justice through for all the pain and suffering this demon has inflicted on us. Wellcare Centene is bad news for everyone, brokers, members and employees. Centene do not care at all! I have not been paid my commissions in 2 months, when I call, nobody knows anything. It will take to call the insurance commission, a class action suit and report to CMS. Federal government should revoke license to sell Medicare health plans, this company is the worse! completely inefficient, corrupt, they only care about high salary executives and the dinosaur greedy CEO. Time to call the lawyers!
lawsuits take years to settle. and you need a good lawyer. Money and time.

I was laid off as well, Orlando, and it was in fact retaliation, I went to HR on a Supervisor, from then on I became a target and harassed. Poor performance from others still there, and people that started after me still there. I documented everything forwarded all emails before my last day, I reached out to an employment attorney and he’s reviewing my severance package and all emails, performance reviews, pay increase etc, I found out through him other cases against Centene, I will not take their severance I’m not hard up for money! They want you to just sign. DON’T
