So they are dragging us out of our new advancement positions back to handle front line calls and chats because they have hundreds constantly holding? How about the put Wilson and Shapiro on these calls and chats. They are the ones that created this mess! Laying off too many people to get their 2020 bonus money and now WE are expected to suffer? This is the final straw. Maybe I was the fool all along sticking this out.

At will employment. Don’t like it, nobody is forcing you to stay. Plenty of other jobs out there.
Exactly and more layoffs going into storm season!?!? Unbelievable!
So not looking forward to this. Wonder how this falls into labor regulations. I guess I should have researched that after last year's mess.
And I trust that this includes all DM's, department heads, managers that are not frontline and those on TDY's? What's fair is fair!
The worker bees bare the brunt of “leaders” BAD decisions everyday. When you have greedy and out of touch “leaders” making reactive decisions this is what you get. Take your time answering calls/chats and don’t get spun out, they’re not!
I know. What a joke! It went over like a lead balloon. This company has no plan, structure, or idea how to get out of the mess that Shapiro created. Every area is a pathetic disaster. Even managers are put on frontline work until further notice. SMH.
