fellow Allstaters many are great friends and even others I work with I enjoy and relate to at the TRUE work grunt level. That is those of us that actually generate shareholder value.
You could be in way worse position I had another offer before this mess from another company and DECLINED it thinking my loyalty and time of service had value on the career balance sheet.

having employees pay Tetris, stating tetris given by some HR vendor (HR, last stop of the C students) nonsense determined if you were let go or retained and then not sharing results. That’s all factual.
Then inviting some of those same let go employees back within WEEKS IF THEY WOULD RETURN SEVERANCE AND RE ENTER WORKFORCE AT FRACTION OF PAY!!! What happened to importance of your nonsense Tetris HR test! Still all factual. No libel!
It’s clear Allstate management lied about its methods to labor. Outright lying. It’s disgusting and I saw friends cut because they earned “too much” after 25 years service. Do you know how much those same people earned for Allstate? This from some execs who go company to company doing this.
And yes this board is monitored by home office I know. What have I posted that is an untruth? A: NOTHING. If so POINT OUT WHATS NOT TRUE ALLSTATE MANAGEMENT.
On the contrary the company has no credibility with your workforce after this last RIF farce. You never shared on the company intranet board the reduced pay offers you extended to those let go to return to their prior jobs after cut because of some vendor garbage test you wouldn’t even share with the employees who took it.
Why is that? Transparency is a corporate value.
