Thread regarding Seagate Technology Inc. layoffs

Seagate Springtown and the underwhelming "Our Future Together" initiative. This bright idea came to the fore because of the behaviours of the Management and the HR department.Seagate Springtown spent a lot of money on this initiative, OFT has been in put into action for at least eighteen months and during that time when there was supposed to be a multitude of changes for the better ,the opposite is the case.The behaviour and actions by some management and HR has become more hostile.Aggressive management that is obviously encouraged by those higher up the food chain. The "respect" that managers were supposed to treat people with is non-existent. The blatantly obvious ways in which they try to force people out is behaviour that is polar opposite from what OFT was brought in for.
Put OFT out of its misery ,its laughable that management still try and convince themselves and employees that it's working.It doesnt work and it never will work while the main instigators are still pulling the strings.
