Glenn is asking "why is this happening" regarding claims work being so far behind. He is not even acknowledging that layoffs have a thing to do with it. Even telling claims leaders that they need to push their groups to "work harder" and to resolve the backlogs ASAP. Really??? The nerve of this prick!
