Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Day off.

Just wondering if you must use all your pto before requesting a day off without pay??

There is an option when you request a day off that it be unpaid time off. If you do not want to get paid for it but have a long weekend... You select unpaid time off. If you want to get paid then yes... You have to use your time to cover it.

You can request a day off this way:
Select PTO
Select ‘0’ PTO Hours

The ONLY thing that matters is if you’re full time. If you than you have to NOT average less than 34 hours a week in the 12 weeks or else you’ll lose your full time status.

So can we request a day off without pay I was told we couldn't we had to use pto if we wanted a day off that isn't our regular day off
