I did a little Transformative Growth this afternoon and for the rest of my Allstate career I am now an "expected" employee....not a bit of effort more.

Tom & Glen both received large bonuses, stock option & salary increase’s! Tom is now the CEO of the Chicago Scumbag Association, and his puppet Glen is his number #2p–p.... When will the share holders and the board members get all the smoke out of there eyes? We need a change. A washed up drunk Sears salesman & his number #2 need to be replaced in order to ever start going back up.......
Making less now because benefits went up. Not even for cost of living or using our own electricity and internet during Covid. Shameful
Why try anymore? No cost of living adjustment either ! Imagine if we got end of the year bonuses like progressive and USAA? We’re the frontline claims adjusters doing the work, but they’ve told us they found people in India who can do the work for far less salary. Tom Wilson used to back the American worker. More claims layoffs coming.
I keep telling you that your “hard work” is USELESS! Sit back and do nothing. You’ll earn just as much and be much health and happier.
1 lousy % here. Bare minimum from here on out. I don't know one person on my team that is giving any more than a half assed effort from now on. They sunk the morale so now we sink the company. Checkmate Tom and Glenn!
No raise for me! I guess I’ll start not answering the DOC center calls back because there is no longer any incentive to. No appreciation for any work that was done!
