What motivation do we have to do more and better? I worked harder than ever and what did I get in return? Nothing. I would have fared much better if I had given a minimum of myself. At least I wouldn’t be totally burned out now. All the credit for someone’s hard work was taken by others who gave themselves generous bonuses which they didn’t deserve at all.
The management style of this company motivates me for only one thing - to run out of here as soon as possible.

The motovation is a paycheck till you can escape. Dont worry about doing your job. Nobody else does and even if you do your job, nobody cares.
Nothing! That place s—s! Executives have lost their minds on a hunch! There on line educations have paid dividends! Only at the price of people’s lively hood and life! Sorry, nobody has that kind of power especially not these thugs! That’s exactly what these people are!
It is such a relief after you leave. No more working for an outfit where you are constantly setup for failure, catch hell all the time and are hated by the customer.
You go to work for a real company where you are appreciated it's a great feeling. Money isn't everything and you health will improve and you will drink for pleasure not out of necessity.
Everyone is complaining and yet your still there ? Take a leap of faith it will free you

motivation is to get paid to do your job while looking for a better job!
There is none at this place. Haven't had a raise in years, their idea of more money in your pocket is lowering the cost of some health insurance(yippie). With the major emphasis on metrics and following the long list of procedures just to comply(forget about actually doing any meaningful work)
just coast along, make the numbers but don't go too high as they will just raise the bar as thanks.

That is most corrupt company to work for ever! They don’t respect their employees and treat em like c-ap only to reward themselves and pat themselves on the back. Garbage Management and even worse Executives! Run from that place don’t walk!
