I started not long after college and after more than 3 years with the company I decided it was time to move on. What I thought it would be like working here, compared to the reality of it are two totally different things. There always seem to be changes in management which in turn shows no stability. I never knew the direction we were taking at any given time. The only thing I can say is that I learned a lot and gained the experience I needed to move onto something better. That’s the only good thing the company provided me with - and for that I say thank you.

Don't say thank you. The company got what they wanted from you and if they didnt you would have long gone. Anyone getting a job after school thinks its going to like the books, the college teachers don't have a clue what is going on in the real world
