Enterprise Rent A Car provided every employee $100 to be used in their local community. This was even after revenue dropped due to COVID. Meanwhile, Allstate continued to make revenue and was unable to provide anything expect a company wide email. What a shame...
How about end of the year bonuses like geico and progressive give out to their employees ?
