At this point it’s better to just start your own business because we all know Allstate doesn’t truly appreciate their employees. Not to mention the grueling hours you put in and they don’t ever pay bonuses to their employees. Instead they reward them with “Hey great job” or $5 gift cards to Target.
Regardless of how many times this happens, Allstate isn’t making our dreams happen by paying c-appy wages. We can’t make our dreams happen by earning an unlivable wage! We’re making the company’s dream come true by taking less pay and doing more work.
