American insurance jobs in offices are no more

They’ve been able to move claims all around with these zones. That has truly proven that geography, community, and locations do not matter. Agents in little offices are doomed. The business is headed in an AI, self service, off shore direction. No one wants a “relationship” with anyone from Allstate . It will be a matter of 1-2 years tops before this company is totally “transformed” into nothing but a shell of its former self. Goodbye offices. You’re working from home until we don’t need you anymore and you are replaced by India folks who get paid 20% of what you make. American insurance jobs in offices are no more. Get ready.

Cut costs, cut costs, cut cost! Move full remote, add AI, eliminate the agents, move claims and other entire areas to India where Habib will do the 15 hours a day claims adjusting for $5 an hour with a smile on his face. Provide no lower premiums to the loyal customers....why? So Glenn and Tom can keep getting rich! Face it folks this is Tom and Glenn's personal bank account and we are their pathetic little Oompa Loompas.

That’s called price optimization. It’s like “we can do what we want to some segment of the customers; they’ll never leave”.

And Allstate has no intent to lower prices for those who are already customers....only new business...
How arrogant are these b–tards to think that those customers will stay??
Hope Allstate leaders learn a hard lesson on what customers want..
