They’re wiring the hell out of us in claims . Dogs we are! When I started 8 years ago customers loved us.

NatGen will run on its own like Esurance for the next 12-18 months. Very few impacts in 2021 from NatGen.
But layoffs and assessments coming for claims staring in May. Eyes on claims...
