they're happening daily now. not weekly. helps to avoid the WARN act where required.

expect ongoing smaller daily RAs for the foreseeable future.

Gosh I hope HR are justifying their existence by reading this and similar threads.. eventually even they might realise that IBM is not quite as powerful and all conquering as it positions itself to be. After 18 months away from where all the world's Tech Middle Management seem to reside and now with a main consulting house, I can't quite believe the difference between the two environments. Where I am, inspite of being a very large multi international, has a no blame culture, accountability at all levels, transparency and from what i can see pretty ego free. And by the way is delivering vs revenue expectations by some measure, at least right now. IBM, you could learn a thing or ten but no doubt you'll just keep on believing your own propaganda. Good luck with that.
