Has anyone gotten information from managers regarding if Charlotte will reopen or will allow employees option to work from home?

Wish we could get straight answers.
Most non customer facing teams will stay at home. Customer facing will be blended with no one in the office full time unless it’s necessary. Some exceptions though.
They’ve been able to move claims all around with these zones. That has truly proven that geography, community, and locations do not matter. Agents in little offices are doomed. The business is headed in an AI, self service, off shore direction. No one wants a “relationship” with anyone from Allstate . It will be a matter of 1-2 years tops before this company is totally “transformed” into nothing but a shell of its former self. Goodbye offices. You’re working from home until we don’t need you anymore and you are replaced by India folks who get paid 20% of what you make. American insurance jobs in offices are no more. Get ready.
