What’s next for those of us who’ve managed to survived the 6th round of layoffs within the past 6 years??? The work load is the same, but fewer folks...the re-orgs seem like temporary setups to see who’s pulling their weight and spot lighting the dead weight that should’ve been dropped this last round. The morale is at its worse...Does anyone else see another round of layoffs this year. The stock price still remains in the dumpster thanks to the clown running the show.

If it's anything like back before I left, if you wanted to routinely roll in at 9 and leave by 4 without any repercussions, you had to be a land(wo)man.
I was let go, but like others I am somewhat thankful. Yeah it’s not the best climate to find another gig that’s comparable, but so glad to be out of the toxicity that was SWN. My friends and family said I looked 15 years older than my age. My boss was a total loser and was cheating on his wife and he drank a lot, sometimes at the office. He wasn’t torn up about laying people off though.
Let go last week. So relieved. What a toxic dump it was and looking forward to spending time with my kids. Hubby has a good paying job. We will be OK.

First time I have checked this board since I was laid off last week. Furious that someone would make fun of us by coasting into work at 9 and being bored. Why did I get laid off???
I know a whole department of hapless employees. Lucky for them their supervisor is an Aggie. It pays to “gig’em” and not get laid off. I am now doing the job of 3 people why because the geniuses thought layoff 2 and get the third to do it all. Am I smart?
I am so mad. I busted my tail for SWN for 6 years. Lots of nights and weekends away from family. And then a “hapless” employee is bored. I followed this board religiously for the last 2 years. The insight on layoffs was helpful. Who ever makes the layoff prediction is spot on but why could you not have predicted I was still employed at SWN and “hapless” was laid off. Hehehehe
Hapless here. Rolled in around 9 got some coffee and reading this board. Not really motivated but will “look” busy when my boss stops by to chat. Still wondering how she did not get laid off last week. What gives?
