Did anyone get communication today from management regarding salary increase?

Your goal is to get promoted as that is where you get big bumps. You wont get big money for doing the same job at the same level year after year
I'm in home lending operations. Got 5% raise this year, but got zero last year and 1% the year before, So average 2% annual over past 3 years. Better than nothing. That's why you have to negotiate hard when you get a new job and make sure you get a big bump.

Lucky SOB's. I'm a 602 and didn't an increase and got a SMALL portion of my bonus. Granted I was rated as "on track" but I was told that other "high performers" got it.
That's right batman. James bonus was big and didnt go down while the poor working man got shafted
Not all VPs got an increase. If you’re in the upper part of the pay band then you won’t get a bump

They Increase 3 percent but decreased 50% of my bonus So total is is not much of an increase. Very sly

I did, about 3%. Retro to February 1. This came out of nowhere. Wonder what happened.
