So I'm just curious, if anyone is a band 4 or 5. What percent of a raise do you get for expected or better than expected rating?

C1 (Band 6), BTE, 4%.
Band 4 expected and I only got 2.5% increase. Allstate is trash!
Whats a raise we have a MCM say “at some point it comes down to work ethic” in group meeting. So in response to inflation they claim work ethic with the managers own creditors I guess. U cant make this stuff up.
Anyone else get Market Relativity Rating? Good luck trying to find out what goes into that A: ask for transparency. Try it
Band 4, BTE and zero raise. I’m supposedly a well compensated employee so I say “screw you!” I’m just going to do the minimum to stay out of trouble until I retire in 2022. Loyalty and appreciation are a two-way street!
Band 5. Expected in every category. No raise! Was told since my salary is at more than 75% of the band I do not qualify for a raise even though the band max was increased. No incentive. Why bother doing more than the bare minimum.
Tenured employees- Most of us got nothing and are making less money now than we did two mos ago as they raised benefits. Better than expected means nothing. Working hard for your customers means nothing. Your efforts are not rewarded. Even during a time of Covid they can’t see that maybe a small percentage would help people.
Band 3 - Expected 3%
No idea what band I'm in, but lucky to those who got raises. I didn't get jack s***.
Band D 5%
The current year is always the "worst" budget year - it's been like that since I started in the 80's.
I remember the whole budget year BS. They would always give me 1-2.5% for expected and then I found out, after talking to a coworker who's production was less than mine, that she has never recd anything less than 3.5%. Her father had been a csl for the office we worked in. just an fyi to those who got less than 3.5, they are lying to you. They are only given so much authority and usually split the good raises amongst their favorites and save crumbs for everyone else. I worked 15 yrs at Allstate so I know what I'm talking about. Just remeber every hour of your life you work for someone else is 1 hour less you have to spend with your family and loved ones. They feel your time is not worth very much.
It has nothing to do with your performance and everything to do with where you fall with your current compensation. No one I’ve spoken to has received more then 4%.
Band 5 here. I got Expected and 2%.
4 band expected 1.5%. Was told that is all they could do due to "budget year". Last 5 years have supposedly all been budget years. SMH
Band 4 Better Than Expected I got 3% but varies from department to department.
I know band 4's that were Better Than Expected in other areas that got 4% and others that got only 2%. It varies from area to area depending on what the individual department heads approve. Also heard some areas gave only 1% to expected band 4s.
- 5%
Band 4 - 3%
