Is everyone still carrying around cell phones? Sad there are still layoffs but that’s very common in the industry right now, hope it gets better soon and things get better there, it was a great company to work at.
With our current headcount wwwwaaaaayyyyyyy to “hi” and the disaster year we will have (hint see transcript from analyst call) we are full of hot air and will be short on delivery. Get ready for round 2 of 2021 layoffs.
Swn is like the bad news bears without a feel good ending. Just bad news. Wish I was laid off last week so I can move on but a paycheck is a paycheck.

We can all definitely fit in a ballpark. Actually we can all fit in the infield. Hehehehe.
I believe 60 were let go recently. So maybe 900ish left? That's still probably 400-500 more than what is necessary, unfortunately. What good does laying off 60 people do? The company would be better off gutting all non-essential and redundant roles and looking a cheaper building to lease. Oh, and finally paring back executive compensation "might" be a good look after your 5th round of layoffs, BOD and Mr. Way.
Those still employed is a good thing, but it must feel like living in a ghost town. Many of your neighbors are gone, never to return. I can see where the morale would be low. Read the book, GRAPES OF WRATH or watch the movie.
Website says 983 but that was before latest layoff. How many were laid off last week?
