Reminds me of the old URC (Upstream Research Company) and its employees and management. Mentally challenged in the technical aspects and dead weight in general to any efficient org is all that comes in my mind. These id–ts are now spread all across including various parts of UIS, as filth-spewing expats in BTC, and some in the downstream.
