What is up with this pathetic yearly incentive percentage raises? I got a high 4 on my review and got a mere 1.5% which was not even a dent in my hourly pay. Any body else?

Your lucky you got anything. My entire team got nothing. No raise no bonus.
I earned a 5 star this year but got 1.3% and an RRP of only 11%. Be grateful, so many of us did much worse but performed our assess off.
Trolling here sorry. If you are at Anthem and you “meet expectations” the minimum raise is 2.5 % FYI. Sounds like you need to consider Anthem
I also got a 4 and and a 1.5% raise, but I’m thankful. It’s better than being unemployed.
I got a 1% increase for a 3 and seems to be consistent with other colleagues.
I've gotten between 1 -1.2% every year with a rating of 4. This year I receieved a 5 on my review and the raise was 1.5%
Look elsewhere if you want more than 2% raise
Have you read anything posted here? You won't ever keep up with the COLA here.
It's been that way since 2009. I got decent raises before that, but after the economy crashed they figured out that they could minimize raises and get away with it. I never had a raise bigger than 1.5% since. With the cost of living going up 3% each year, I was further in the hole every year.
You were lucky to get that. A lot of people got 1% for a 4 and a lot were 3 with big fat zero. 5's only get at most 3.25% The overall merit funding rate was only like 1.8% this year. I don't think that rate has been over 2% since i have been involved and that sets the baseline.
You're working for the wrong company if you are expecting anything more than 1-3% for a yearly increase.
