After a little over 3 years, I can’t take it anymore. I never thought I would find myself in this situation because I was always very realistic that no job is ideal and that there are all kinds of problems everywhere. Still, I decided, Allstate, goodbye.
I've been so stressed lately that I now even have the anxiety to give notice. I hope I don’t have an exit interview, that would be a hassle I don't need. Has anyone had an exit interview here?

I didn't receive anything in the form of an exit interview. But again, I wouldn't think they would send them to the 4200 people they let go last year
They send you an exit survey via email.
Even if there was one..You're not forced to take it if you don't want to. Good luck to you!
There are no exit interviews. They really don't care why you leave.
I think they fired all the HR people, so not sure would take the interview.
When I left there was no mention of an exit interview, I think they know what would be said by the majority of people, they do not care at this point
