93% STI

Ok, I accept that an STI payout of 93% is better than a sharp stick in the eye; but c'mon!!!! What a freekin' joke!!!! What this company spends money on is laughable.... Millions on "rebranding" (still trying to figure the logic on that decision); millions & millions on paying the execs THEIR outrageous bonuses (despite poor performance). How would they feel if THEY didn't receive ANY pay rise (even COLA stipens) for years on end (like the people who ACTUALLY keep this company afloat... the day-to-day workers)?

Well..... this just speaks volumes....

We have to cut costs due to the pandemic. What does the company do? Spends millions of dollars on rebranding and then lays off Thousands and then rewards themselves with a fat bonus on top of their overpaid salaries! Pos executives and Management! Greedy b–tards! Way to sacrifice!

"Now that the bonuses have been given"

Really? Bonuses are not paid (given) until 3/12/21. Agree with your assessment of history; has happened every year that I've been employed here. And, happy to say, I just might welcome a RIF... get me the h&ll outta this madness

Now that the bonuses have been given, guess what’s next? Layoffs! This company is so easily predictable!

"
33% of Fixed Compensation for Grades P1 to P6
96% of Fixed Compensation for Grades P7 and above
"

So, what is the source of your information? When the HR guys says 93% payout, he does NOT say 33% for the minions... where do you get the 33% figure?

No raise again, 5 yrs now. Everyone got the same Storey, 93% of what? Executive math I guess. Corporate Jet costs more to maintain a day than I make in a year.

The executives will ensure that you’ll never be rich! To them you don’t rate it! Who would stay with such a company?! Amazes me!

20 yrs, and a total raise of 10,000, that is 500 a year raise that is 24 cents an hour raise every yr for 20 years! bought me a mansion and a boat.

My mistake again....I'm P7 or higher and this auto correct feature keeps messing with my figures ;))).....9.33 P1-P6; 13.96 P7 or higher.

My mistake, fat fingered the percentages on previous comment:

  1. 33% for Grades P1 to P6
  2. 96% for Grades P7 or higher

Before you go off spending your BIG STI bonus, you may want to double check the payout percentage you have listed?!?! Here's the HR payouts by pay grade:

  1. 33% of Fixed Compensation for Grades P1 to P6
  2. 96% of Fixed Compensation for Grades P7 and above

But hey, anything better than nothing...just wait until they become profitable!! I will bet anything you don't see much change in payout for the lower grades even if profitable. Keep this in mind as your grinding away doing 2 peoples jobs and jumping through the beauracratic, micro-managing ladder to achieve P7 or higher :)

I'll believe it when(or if) I see it in my account on 3/12. I'm not holding my breath!
