When I came here, I knew that this was no longer a place where a career could be built. I am just grateful that I got the job without any great previous experience.
However, my progress is very slow. I try to learn as much as I can, but I just don’t get the chance. Afterwards, I blame myself that it’s up to me and my lack of commitment, which is not quite true.
