I feel like we're being set up to fail.
My workload has increased by around 50%, yet Allstate somehow expects me to keep up [when I was working close to 45 - 50 hours/week beforehand], while also keeping all of my files perfect.
I'll readily admit my file quality has dropped. But that's because I'm being slammed with emails, calls and claims. I finish one claim, and I immediately get a new one. I finish one call, and I immediately get another [or have to respond to two missed calls that came in while I was already on a call]. I've had days when I've had 20+ pieces of mail waiting to be reviewed, and many more emails.
I'm already stressed, as is. It doesn't help that we seem to be "graded" much more harshly now. It's simply too much for one person, and the pay is in no way compensatory with the actual amount of work we have to do.
I'm eagerly awaiting the day I find another job.
