Preform like a 1 rating and work your butt off and go above and beyond. I expected to be cut this round but was saved because of a good supervisor who acknowledged the hard work. I agree that there will be another round October sounds like the likely month. There isn’t ever just the one round as we all know.

Will layoffs happen again? Absolutely. But it wont be this year. - anyone with half a brain knows how this industry works and layoffs will come again. But usually a bunch of hiring happens too.
