Hatillo, PR Sears and Rio Pierdas Kmart are also closing according to the SB360 site. The final list is on there. No Marathon, FL Kmart but everything else is on there.

Also, regarding the below list, to each their own, but I usually dont bother listing closing stores on my list, as they are owned by the liquidator and really have nothing to do with Kmart anyway, for Next Few Weeks. They are Dead stores walking, and have been diagnosed with "terminal closure". The list looks very accurate, other than that.

I called the Hyannis store since it's the closest one to me. They told me they are closing in April.

@4gah+199ApbjP Dude, that was a genius move! While the main store can hem and haw, giving wishy washy answers, they can't do that in the pharmacy. When it comes to medical pharmacy licenses, and people's medicines, they have to give accurate information, and cannot play around like that. Of course, it only works in the few remaining Kmarts that have pharmacies anymore, but that was a boss move. Hats off, I wish I thought of it myself. So yes, via pharmacies, we have confirmation of Silver Spring, Kingston, and Willow. I believe this leaves only about 5 mainland US Kmart pharmacies open (with some more off Shore). Good work!

To the poster several posts down, I don't care what someone has on their plate, bowl, or saucer. If I want to call to find out information, I'm going to keep doing that. Some claim Marathon is closing, some do not. So I will keep calling them until I find out for sure 1 way or another.

Sears in Hatillo might be closing based of some research I did. The Facebook page for Sears PR posts things and below the post lists the stores you can visit to get the item. Before January 28th, posts listed San Juan, Mayaguez, and Hatillo. Now posts only list San Juan as a location for items. Mayaguez was already confirmed but there may be one more to add if Sears PR removed both locations from there posts once closing stores were announced. https://www.facebook.com/SearsPuertoRico

OP your list is correct plus Dulles.

I did some research on the PR stores and I found something interesting on Sears PR page. Before Jan 28th, all posts included Sears locations where you could buy that item (Mayaguez, Hatillo, and San Juan). After Jan 28th, all posts say you can find the items only at Sears in San Juan. Is there any word on Dulles, VA? Someone posted that it was possibly closing. They listed this store with Valley Stream, NY, which does have store closings posted. Also a second Sears in Puerto Rico.

I also 100% confirmed the Kmart on Willow Street is closing. I called the pharmacy and there closing the store in April. 717-464-4399

I did what the person did below and it worked! I called the Kmart pharmacy in Kingston and I asked if they were closing the pharmacy and the store, the lady said yes. They plan to sell the pr-scrip-ions to another buyer and close the store in April. 570-288-9564

Awesome! Now all that's left is to figure out that darn Marathon and Rio Piedras. I called Marathon who still deny closing. Bummer. Had my wife call Rio (she Knows Spanish), but oddly the phone kept ringing there with no answer. Did they already close down? Will try again later to investigate.

Great news! Muahahaha (evil laugh). I found a sneaky way to confirm Kingston too! I just called their pharmacy department, asking if they were closing and if I need to transfer my pr-scrip-ion. She replied that yes, they are closing and my phantom "pr-scrip-ions" would be transferred to Reite-Aid in Kingston. She Said she was familiar with the process because she worked at Wilkes-Barre pharmacy when they closed. So pharmacy is indeed closing in 3 Weeks, while main store closes April 18. I guess the front end people were just instructed to keep mum, but I bypassed them by asking the pharmacy. Glad I thought of it, and glad they were 1 of the few left with a pharmacy, so the trick worked.

Anyway, Kingston and Willow Street are confirmed. Yes! List man, do your magic!

I feel for the employees at these stores. They're seemingly getting badgered with "Are you closing?" questions from you so-called statisticians on a daily basis.

I just went by what you wrote. Marathon, Kingston, and Willow Street, ARE on your above list. Just Saying.

Anyway, the plot thickens. I called Willow Street, they confirmed they are closing. I called Kingston who claim they are NOT. WTF, Kingston? I also called Marathon who claimed they are not. So not sure why tons of people listed Marathon before ( I think you even wrote that it was confirmed by phone, then you later retracted it).
But here's where it gets weird. I called Belleville NJ, and they denied they are closing. So that sort of throws a monkey wrench into the whole works. I hope they were just misinformed, because to THIS DAY, I have never had to retract a single closing from my list and I hope I won't have to now. But judging by YT and other sources, I think Belleville is safely eliminated. Phew, close call!
Now it's down to me figuring out Kingston, Marathon, and Rio Piedras (which someone else mentioned). I hope there is some job listing for those (or better yet a list on SB360's website) then I can finally publish an official list. Not sure why most closing Sears have jobs listed but only 1 Kmart does. Sure would simplify things for us statisticians if they did. GRRR.

Closing sales start this Thursday 2/4 at both Sears and Kmart locations. That day we can confirm 100% which stores are closing. Right now Willow Street, Kingston, and Marathon say there not closing. We will see if any of these stores have closing sales on 2/4. Stores confirmed close on April 15th.

The only one not 100% confirmed that doesn't have a closing tag. They added it without the closing tag the same day they added the stores closing to the list. Why wouldn't they just add the job posting with the closing tag? The other stores that are confirmed closing don't have other job postings without the closing tag. This has nothing to do with Kingston or Marathon by the way.

This is why you need to do your research before opening 10 threads claiming stores are closing, within like 24 Hours. "A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush". Have the closings in your hand (AKA verified and linked) before y'all go around rage posting all over the place. It's better to underpromise and overdeliver than overpromise and underdeliver.

That way you don't have to sheepishly retract or remove closings. I NEVER EVER remove a store or consider it closing without concrete proof. I'd rather wait Few More Days for 100% proof, than post early with 98% proof.

In short, I see zero evidence as of now (closing tags or otherwise), of Kingston, Willow Street or Marathon. Verify your Winning Powerball Ticket before you enter the store screaming "I Won!", only to find out you really didn't, to use an analogy. Measure twice, cut once, to use a carpentry analogy as well.

I've had some employees say there closing and others say there not but the job post posted today might show that its not closing. I called the Kmart's in Willow Street, Kingston, and Marathon and here's what they said:

Kingston - Not aware of closing, manager is on vacation
Marathon - Not closing as far as the employee knows
