Speak up ! Dont trust HR or Ethics & Compliance. They are never on our side. March on let it be known on social media. Let us make the news. G&A is being run by incompetent people who think you are beneath them. They are meeting monthly with WFM and data to single out associates who they can flip for additional savings. there is no loyalty here especially with our leader who is drowning and has the wrong people in her ear.
I cannot believe what is happening with this company I used to love to work for. It’s all about numbers not the employees. Offshoring had been steadily happening for years. Employees are in fear daily that they will be next. Sad!!
Jeff Plante is still there. Have you heard he is leaving? He just got a big role in Fast Forward so I doubt he would leave.

Anyone hear about the new project for more work for Legato and less work for G&A associates ? SVP is looking to cut for Legato so she can save her behind from the promises she made to SLT she cant keep ! Everyone is leaving, us managers want out so keep looking. This is not the place to be this is a toxic environment all being driven by people who have no clue what they are doing risking our members health and livelihood for $$$.

Big changes are coming down the pike in G&A. The SVP has one goal and that goal is to lower the budget and deliver on promises of savings leadership has dropped the ball on. If you work Provider look to get out STAT.
So when are people supposed to start going to the media ? Is it for hiding appeals that are aged and playing with compliance numbers ?
Of course there are slides to ensure we know who won the election
Is this regarding treating sick members like a number and pushing associates to the corner to not give our members a full and fair review? Yes if so we are putting patients at risk as well as looking at members as a metric to our goals for huge BONUSES
