Going to be interesting. Never to fail our discrimination encouraging HR has set the stage for some serious nefarious actions by local management. In an upper level presentation, HR communicates that it is up to your local mgt to determine what you get. HR will not be a part of discussions. Of course that sets the stage for future legal denials. There are no required minimum percentages, ALSO no limits on maximums. Yep, they will essentially have free reign to divide money up however they personally want. Yea, always can count on Ford to set the stage for future lawsuits when their population of shady mgt does what they allowed them to do. Oh, HR noted that all percentage will be signed off by senior mgt. Sure, yeah that will be nothing more than a drive by signature. Then they wonder why nobody really believes their BS on trust, transparency, truth and so on.

Yes, my LL also told me that at this point in time, expect (whatever) bonus & merit your are going to get to have that discussion in March.
