Early next week will be a “step change” or a “pivot” for us. It may be layoffs or it may not. It may be a newly retired exec or a shuffle of high ranking leaders or not. Perhaps the BOD changes or a merger is announced or not.
Be ready for change or not. 2021 will be an amazing year for us!
So by my tally amongst my coworkers, all of us but two got the same thing. Yay is right.

Are there going to be any “B” drops on layoffs or re-org? We are so top heavy with leaders and such a drain on bottom line considering most bring little Value+.

This week we will have layoffs. It’s not Q who predicted it but B. He/She is an insider and been in a leadership position since he/she started. No one really know what he/she does or who he/she is. He/she is an egnima.
Due to a stock price gain last week that alone saved 20 jobs. 2021 year of layoff lite. Layoffs nonetheless!

Can someone please tell me who the “Joker on 6” was/is? I’ve been reading all of these historical posts and find that nickname to be the most hilarious. But I’m dumbfounded as to who that is. Also - the “lapdog”... are these characters still employed by SWN?
I am ex-BP. I absolutely love reading this board. It’s the best and most prolific board on this site. Thanks to everyone who posts here about the serious stuff like layoffs and the potty humor (hehehe). I know what it is like with layoffs pending. When it happens next month be assured life will go on and for the better. Best to everyone.

In my experience, Friday’s are always a good day for layoffs as it makes it less awkward not having to come back the next day for all parties involved. Amirite? Finally, an accurate post on this web site! May be layoffs, or not. May be a reorganize, or not. Could be a merger, or not. Could be change, or not. I 100 percent agree that change will or will not happen this week!
I am hearing of one significant “step change” to make us operate more like a close knit family - coming to an office near you soon! All the stall doors in restrooms will be removed effective February 1, 2021. This will encourage more of a family atmosphere without walls, silos or borders. It’s our new “open door” policy. Others big tech companies have prototyped this policy with raving reviews. This will be also lead to greater productivity due to less lingering on the toilet and posting fake news and bs to sites such as layoff dot com. I for one am excited for this new chapter at SWN. Yippee!!
