Everything about this company including the white washed changes are merely procedural and fake.
It's a joke. Replace one old useless drone with another? The board is in DW's pocket. It has always been.
We need an LGBTQ individual on the board, preferably two.
Maybe the Company will start production of Soylent Green Energy using recycled laid off employees that want to call it quits.
The executive committee may cave and add another member to the board to get paid $300k/year without any real impact, or even swap out one of those old white dudes they had milking the system, but they will not agree to substantial change:
- Split the CEO and chairman role
- Vote out the Board members who slept on the wheel and allowed this debacle
- Fire DW
- Hold other executives accountable, claw back their bonuses
And finally:
- Come up with a real plan for net zero; no more greenwashing bs, no more algae bs, no more emission intensity gimmicks. A real actionable plan to the face reality they have been denying for decades.
